Return Policy

All swimwear returns must be delivered to 1690swimwear with in 15 days from the date you initially received the order. Swimwear past the 15 day return policy will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the purchaser and a shipping charge added to your account. The merchandise must be in perfect shape, unused, with hangtags and hygienic protectors intact, to be eligible for an exchange or refund. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on refunds. Any swimwear returned with out original hygienic protectors in place or that is soiled, damaged washed, laundered or with out hangtags will not be accepted. Suits received in this condition will be sent back and a shipping charge added to your account.

1) shipping and handling charges are not refundable
2) A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.
3) Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
4) We suggest you track and insure your shipment, as 1690swimwear is not responsible for lost items shipped back to us.
5) Please include in your return, the "Reason for Return" form for a faster refund.
